Starting with the customer service department, they are all star, A+! My very first order was damaged upon delivery, when I contacted the customer service department, they responded promptly and told me not to worry about the damaged product that they would resend it immediately. I uploaded copies of the damaged box and product and within a week or so I had my new products in hand. Now for the products!
I have tried almost all the products, including, raise the root, extra large, bombshell volumizer, dream cocktail kale infused, and the coconut infused, money mist, flexible hold hairspray, Texas hold em hairspray, style on steroids texture finishing spray, mystical shine spray, and the Dreamcoat for curly hair and I don’t even have curly hair, and i tried the hair conditioner. I can honestly say that I love every product, except the hair conditioner. It was good, but did not meet my expectations. The products make my hair big when I need it big, they keep it big and it lasts for hours and even a couple of days. It washes out without leaving residue in your hair. The smell of almost all the products is absolutely amazing. I recommend these products for anyone looking for big hair, shiny hair, sleek hair, or even looking for that beach wave.
