All of our orders are delivered via Evri.

UK Orders placed by 12pm on a business day (Monday to Friday) should be delivered within 3 business days from your order date.

In addition, if you are a registered customer and logged in to your account to place an order, you can always double check that an order has been successful by checking your order history.

To do this, go to ‘My Account’ and then select ‘My order history’. This will show you all successful orders along with the order status.

We dispatch our orders via Evri. When you receive your dispatch/shipping confirmation, within the body of the email we will include a link to the Evri website, which will then enable you to Track & Trace your parcel.

Please be aware that information relating to your order may not be available to view immediately after it leaves us – if this is the case, please try again a little later.

We currently only deliver to the UK. 

If you would like to send orders to more than one address, please place a separate order for each delivery address.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible.

This can be done through our Contact Us page or by emailing us at cs-uk@colorwowhair.com. We can assist in updating your address before your order ships.

Please take a moment to confirm your shipping address is correct when you're checking out, especially if you have previously saved addresses on your device.

We process your order quickly, and modifications or cancellations are not possible once it has been placed. Please double-check all shipping details, items, and quantities before purchasing.

We will investigate the tracking information to determine if the order has been delayed or lost in transit.

In cases where there have been no updates on the tracking and the package is deemed lost, we will arrange to ship a replacement order to you. Once the replacement is shipped, you will receive new tracking information.

We understand the importance of receiving your products promptly and will do our best to address any delays or issues.

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, there could be several reasons for this discrepancy. It's possible that the delivery was made to a neighboring address by mistake or the package is still with the courier service awaiting delivery.

We recommend checking around your residence or with neighbors and if you're still unable to find your order, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate further for you.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service immediately. We will promptly ship a replacement for the damaged or defective item, and provide you with new tracking information.

Please let us know the problem, and if possible, provide photos of the damaged items to expedite the process.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving incorrect items. If you received incorrect products, the correct ones will be sent to you immediately.

When reporting an issue with your order, if available, please provide a photo of all the items you've received, and any packaging if you still have it.

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. The original order number must be provided to place a return and you’ll be refunded in full to your original payment method, including the cost of delivery.

We’re sorry to hear you’d like to return a product. If your order was placed directly through uk.colorwowhair.com, we offer a prepaid returns label to make the process easy.

• Contact our UK Customer Service Team before sending anything back. We are not notified of return contents automatically, so getting in touch ensures there’s no delay with your refund.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date.
• Once approved, our team will provide a prepaid return label and any additional instructions you need.
• After your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once complete.

Any refund will be returned to the original account used for payment within 14 days from the day on which we receive the faulty product back from you.
