You can skip a Color Wow Subscription order by logging into your account and clicking “Manage My Subscription.” Then, select the “Skip” option and choose the timeframe for which you’d like to skip. You can modify your Subscription order up to 11:59PM the day before your next order date.

You can cancel your Color Wow Subscription by logging into your account and clicking “Manage My Subscription.” Then, click the “Cancel” option. Once completed, you’ll receive an email confirming your decision to cancel. Remember that changes to your Color Wow Subscription must be done before your next order date, which is found on the Manage Subscriptions page of your Color Wow account. Changes can be made up to 11:59PM the day before your next order date.

For example: If you subscribe on July 15th for monthly delivery of eligible products, you have until 11:59pm BST on the 29th day of your monthly subscriptions cycle to cancel or otherwise modify your subscriptions. If you do not cancel or modify by that date and time, then your Color Wow Subscriptions will automatically renew for another month, and you will have until 11:59pm BST on the 29th day of each subsequent cycle to cancel or modify your subscription. 1 month subscription cycles renew every 30 days, therefore, your exact order day may fluctuate month to month, with the same timing for 2 and 3 month cycles as well.

Your subscription order date may have changed for three reasons:

1. You skipped a subscription order. If you choose to skip your subscription order for a two-week period, your order date will be pushed back two weeks. For example, if your monthly subscription renews on the 15th of the month, but you skip the order for two weeks, your subscription will then renew on the 29th of each month.
2. You paused your subscription. If you choose to pause your subscription, your next order date will be adjusted to the date your subscription is unpaused.
3. You added products to your subscription. If you added products to your subscription order, your entire order will then renew on the date you added the new products. For example, if your monthly subscription renews on the 15th of the month, but you added new products to your subscription on the 18th, your subscription will then renew on the 18th of each month.
