TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The promoter of this Spin to Win promotion (Spin) is Federici Brands Ltd of Gateway Central, White City Place, 187 Wood Lane, London, England, W12 7SA (the Promoter).
2. The Spin is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Spin.
3. The Spin is free to enter.
4. All entries must be submitted by clicking 'Spin the wheel' and applying the discount code at checkout. One Spin is allowed per person, unless entrants land on ‘Try Again’, in which case entrants can continue to spin until a promotional code is given.
5. The Spin will run from 8am 24 July 2026 until 11.59pm on 26 July.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
7. Possible rewards include:

8. Rewards are determined by random computer process and are valid exclusively on purchases made on https://uk.colorwowhair.com/. Awards are valid with the purchase of 1 or more products. Promotional codes are non-transferable, cannot be combined and are not valid on subscriptions under the Color Wow
Subscription Program. Rewards are not valid on value + travel kits. Free delivery applies to standard UK shipping only.
9. The Rewards are supplied by the Promotor and are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Awards with an alternative award of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
10. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Award to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Spin where it becomes necessary to do so. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment occurring as a result of or in relation to participation in this Spin. Your statutory rights are not affected.
