How do I skip a Wow Subscription order?

Already have enough Wow? No problem! You can skip a Color Wow Subscription order by logging into your account and clicking “Manage My Subscription.” Then, select the “Skip” option and choose the timeframe for which you’d like to skip.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Color Wow Subscription order by logging into your account and clicking “Manage My Subscription.” Then, click the “Cancel” option. Once completed, you’ll receive an email confirming your decision to cancel.

Why did my subscription order date change?

Your subscription order date may have changed for two reasons:

  1. You skipped a subscription order. If you chose to skip your subscription order for a two-week period, your order date will be pushed back two weeks. For example, if your monthly subscription renews on the 15th of the month, but you skip the order for two weeks, your subscription will then renew on the 29th of each month.

  2. You added products to your subscription. If you added products to your subscription order, your entire order will then renew on the date you added the new products. For example, if your monthly subscription renews on the 15th of the month, but you added new products to your subscription on the 18th, your subscription will then renew on the 18th of each month.

*By clicking "Pay Now", you agree to a subscription, at the interval you choose, to have an order for your selected eligible products processed to your payment method, at the current displayed price for each product, and delivered to you. This subscription will automatically renew each interval until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer service.
