UK Giveaway prize draw – Color Wow Dream Coat Giveaway - 8 July 2026 to 8 August 2026 Terms and Conditions  

  1. The promoter of this prize draw (Prize Draw) is Federici Brands Ltd of Gateway Central, White City Place, 187 Wood Lane, London, England, W12 7SA (the Promoter).
  2. The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw.
  3. The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  4. All entries must be submitted by clicking on the Meta advertisement and signing up by completing the form (providing your name and email address) and submitting the form. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  5. The opening date for entries is 10:00 on 8 July 2026. The closing date for entries is 23:00 on 8 August 2026 (Closing Date). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be considered for the Prize Draw. 
  6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
  7. 30 winners (Winner) will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 9 August 2026 (Draw Date).
  8. The Winner will receive 12 bottles of Color Wow Dream Coat supernatural spray, full size, 200ml (Prize).
  9. The Winner will be notified by email before 16 August 2026. The Winner must provide a postal address to claim their Prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  10. The Prize will be sent to the Winner by post within 7 days of confirmation of the Winner’s postal address.
  11. The Prize for the Winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  12. The Prize is supplied by the Promotor. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
  13. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  14. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major Prize Winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails cs-uk@colorwowhair.com within one month of the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter a cs-uk@colorwowhair.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  16. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
  17. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment occurring as a result of or in relation to the Prize or participation in this Prize Draw. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  18. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy: http://www.colorwowhair.com/uk/privicypolicy. See also 14 with regard to the announcement of Winners. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants acknowledge that their information may be used by the Promotor and its suppliers to administer the Prize Draw. The Promotor may contact entrants by email, post, phone, SMS or other means in relation to the Prize Draw, but will not send entrants any marketing communication unless entrants have also agreed to this.
  19. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions and, as applicable, the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities and Facebook Community Standards; and the TikTok Community Guidelines and the TikTok Terms of Service; and Instagram Terms, Instagram Privacy Policy and Instagram API Terms. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries that have failed to abide by and/or are in breach of these.
  20. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, TikTok or Instagram. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, TikTok or Instagram. The information you provide will only be used as stated in these terms and conditions. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants will be deemed to have released Facebook, TikTok and Instagram from any and all liability arising from their participation in the Prize Draw or out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the Prize Draw.
  21. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
