TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Promoters
1.1 The promoter is: SheerLuxe Limited registered in England and Wales with company number
06247528 whose registered office is at 171 Wingate Square, London SW4 0AN (‘‘SheerLuxe’’).
1.2 The co-promoter and provider of the Prize is: Federici Brands Ltd registered in England and Wales
with company number 06059366 whose registered office is at 22 Chancery Lane, London, England,
WC2A 1LS (‘‘Color Wow’’).
1.3 Together, SheerLuxe and Color Wow are the ‘‘Co-Promoters’’.
2. The competition
2.1 The title of the competition is Color Wow x SheerLuxe – Win a Year’s supply of Dream Coat worth
over £150.
2.2 To enter, you must answer one simple question on the competition landing page on SheerLuxe’s
website https://sheerluxe.com/win. The entrant will need to enter their first name, last name and
email address.
2.3 By entering the competition each entrant gives consent for SheerLuxe to use their name and
email address to receive daily emails from SheerLuxe. SheerLuxe Ltd is bound by the GDPR and
entrants can request access to personal information held about them by contacting us at any
time.
2.4 The entrant will have the option to consent to receive relevant marketing from Color Wow.
Entrants can contact Color Wow at any time at cs-uk@colorwowhair.com or 22 Chancery Lane,
London, England, WC2A 1LS to stop receiving the marketing material.
2.5 This is an online-only entry.
3. How to enter
3.1 The competition will run from 00:00 GMT on 26th June 2025 (the "Opening Date") to 23.59 GMT
on 7th August 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
3.2 All competition entries must be received by SheerLuxe by no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date.
All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3.3 To enter the competition, participants must:
(a) answer one simple question on the competition landing page on SheerLuxe’s website
https://sheerluxe.com/win; and
(b) enter their first name, last name and email address.
3.4 This competition is free to enter. No purchase is necessary.
3.5 Color Wow will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid or delayed,
regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical
malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
3.6 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Eligibility
4.1 This competition is only open to residents in the UK aged 18 or over. Color Wow may ask the winner
to provide proof of age.
4.2 This competition is not open to employees of the Co-Promoters, their families, agents or any third
party directly associated with the administration of the competition.
4.3 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize.
Color Wow may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4.4 Color Wow accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault
of any kind.
4.5 There is a limit of one entry to the competition per person. Entries on behalf of another person will
not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
4.6 Color Wow reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention
of the Prize competition.
5. The Prize
5.1 The prize is six (6) Color Wow Dream Coat Supernatural Sprays 200ml RRP £27 each, worth a
combined total of £162 (the ‘‘Prize’’). There is one (1) Prize available to be won.
5.2 There is no cash alternative for the Prize. Color Wow reserves the right to substitute the Prize with
a prize of equal or greater value.
5.3 Color Wow will supply and deliver the Prize.
5.4 The Prize is not negotiable.
6. Winners
6.1 One winner will be selected by random draw performed by a computer process on 8th August 2025
by SheerLuxe (‘‘Draw date’’).
6.2 SheerLuxe will contact the winner via email within 7 days after the Draw Date. Color Wow shall
have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to a winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other
security settings or for the winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact
information.
6.3 Color Wow must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took
place. To comply with this obligation Color Wow will send the surname and county of the Prize
winner to anyone who emails cs-uk@colorwowhair.com or writes to Color Wow at 22 Chancery
Lane, London, England, WC2A 1LS (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after
the Closing Date of the competition.
6.4 If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made
available, please contact Color Wow at cs-uk@colorwowhair.com or 22 Chancery Lane, London,
England, WC2A 1LS. In such circumstances, Color Wow must still provide the information and
winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7. Claiming the Prize
7.1 A winner must respond to SheerLuxe’s email and provide a postal address to claim their Prize. If a
winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified by SheerLuxe, then the winner’s prize will
be forfeited and the Co-Promoter’s will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the
process described above.
7.2 The Prize will be sent to the winner by post within 7 of days of confirmation of the winner’s postal
address.
7.3 The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
8. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, Color Wow, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances
be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage,
personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by
the negligence of Color Wow, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory
rights are not affected.
9. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
9.1 All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to Color Wow will become the
property of Color Wow on receipt and will not be returned.
9.2 By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:
(a) assign absolutely to Color Wow all your intellectual property rights held in the competition
entry with full title guarantee; and
(b) waive absolutely all moral rights,
in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you
may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere
in the world.
9.3 You agree that Color Wow may, in their sole discretion, make your entry available on its website
and in any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any
publicity of the competition. You grant Color Wow a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence
in perpetuity, for the full period of the intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any
accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and
sub-licence the intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials
for such purposes.
10. Data protection and publicity
10.1 Color Wow will only process your personal information in accordance with the GDPR and as set
out in Color Wow’s privacy policy: https://uk.colorwowhair.com/policies/privacy-policy. See also 6.3
and 6.4, with regard to the announcement of winners.
11. General
11.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Color
Wow may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the
competition.
11.2 Color Wow reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize competition where
it becomes necessary to do so.
11.3 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this competition wish
to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
