By clicking the Marketing Permission’s consent to receive newsletters, promotional and partnership emails when entering the Giveaway you agree to receive email newsletters periodically from the Sponsors, Federici Brands Ltd and FaceGym LTD. You can opt-out of receiving these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletters.

  1. Eligibility: This Giveaway is open only to those who are 18 years old as of the date of entry and legal residents of the United Kingdom. Employees of Federici Brands Ltd and FaceGym Ltd “the sponsors”, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
  2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about 2nd October 2022 at 9:00 am GMT and ending 9th October 2022 at 11:59 pm GMT. All online entries must be received by 9th October 2022 at 11:59 pm GMT. The winners will be selected at random on 10th October 2022 and contacted via email to claim their prize.
  4. How to Enter: ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Entrants must submit an entry by entering their email address within the form.

The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

  1. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive COLOR WOW hair products with an approximate retail value (£256) as follows: One (1) COLOR WOW Color Security Shampoo 250 ml @ £21.50, One (1) Color Security Conditioner 250 ml @ £21.50, One (1) COLOR WOW Dream Cocktail Kale-Infused 200 ml @ £25, One (1) COLOR WOW Dream Cocktail Coconut-Infused 200 ml @ £25, One (1) COLOR WOW Dream Cocktail Carb-Infused 200 ml @ £25, One (1) COLOR WOW Dream Coat 200 ml @ £27.00, One (1) COLOR WOW Money Masque @ £39.50, One (1) COLOR WOW Extra Shine Spray @ £26, One (1) COLOR WOW Raise the Root @ £21.50 and One (1) COLOR WOW Style on Steroids @ £24. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsors. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winners. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use a winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  1. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  2. Winners’ selection and notification: The winners of the Giveaway will be selected at random by Federici Brands Ltd. The winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days following the winners’ selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE GIVEAWAY AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

  1. Terms: The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other cause beyond their control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such a case, the Sponsor may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.

The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Giveaway, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.  Any attempt by an Entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  1. Limitation of Liability: Except where prohibited by law, Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such Entrant's participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the Giveaway; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries. Except where prohibited by law, THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE GIVEAWAY.
  2. Disputes: THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ENGLISH LAW. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before the courts of England. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Giveaway), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Winners’ List: To obtain a copy of the winners’ names or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Federici Brands Ltd, 22 Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1LS. Requests must be received no later than four (4) weeks from the Giveaway end date.
